STANDARD PROCESSING

We process Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. No shipping is done on the weekends or holidays. All orders that is received over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. Our standard shipping takes 3 - 7 business days to deliver.

SALE PROCESSING

During major sales processing, times are increased to 7 to 10 business days due to the high volume of orders. We still process Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. All orders that is received over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INSURANCE CLAIMS POLICY

We are responsible for your order while it is in our possession. Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Shipping claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages may only be filed for orders that include shipping insurance. Shipping insurance is offered to every customer prior to checkout.

All eligible claims must be submitted through our dedicated Claims Page within 48 hours of delivery proof from the carrier. FILE A CLAIM HERE

For stolen packages, customers are required to file a police report and submit the report as part of their claim. Customers must also file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and provide proof of submission. Claims submitted without a police report and carrier claim documentation will be denied.

Orders placed without shipping insurance are not eligible for shipping related claims, replacements, refunds, or store credit.

By placing an order, you agree that all shipping related issues must be resolved through our internal claims process. Shipping related chargebacks are not permitted and will be disputed using delivery confirmation, carrier records, and this policy.

We recommend scheduling hair appointments only after delivery and inspection. We are not responsible for missed appointments or related costs.
